Tuan Nguyen

Tuan Nguyen has worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Joon Solutions since May 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Data and Analytics at Vingroup JSC from March 2016 to May 2021. Before joining Vingroup JSC, Tuan was a Data Analyst at Dongbu Insurance Co., Ltd. from January 2013 to February 2016.

Tuan Nguyen completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at the Ivey Business School at Western University, with an expected completion date in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Finance from the SolBridge International School of Business, graduating in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Tuan Nguyen has also earned several certifications. These include the Astronomer Certification DAG Authoring for Apache Airflow from Astronomer, obtained in September 2022, the dbt Developer certification from dbt Labs, obtained in July 2022, and the Looker Certified LookML Developer certification from Looker, obtained in September 2021.

Furthermore, Tuan Nguyen has obtained various certifications from Google, including the Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, and Professional Data Engineer certifications, all obtained in 2021. Additionally, they have completed the Computer Vision Nano Degree from Udacity in 2020, as well as the Data Engineering Nano Degree and Data Scientist Nanodegree, both from Udacity, in 2020 and 2019 respectively.

Tuan Nguyen has also completed the Deep Learning Specialization by deeplearning.ai on Coursera, the Machine Learning A-Z™: Hands-On Python & R In Data Science course on Udemy, and the Python for Data Science and Machine Learning Bootcamp on Udemy, all in 2019. Lastly, they have attained the TensorFlow in Practice Specialization by deeplearning.ai on Coursera, also in 2019.
