Nicola Porter-Smith

Nicola Porter-Smith is the current VP of HR at JOOR. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of People at Kickstarter, HR Director at Tough Mudder Inc, and HR and Recruitment Manager at both Retail Events Brasil Ltd (REBL) and Venue Retail Holdings Ltd.

Porter-Smith has extensive experience in talent leadership, culture development, and process improvement. At JOOR, they are responsible for leading the HR team and developing strategies that support the company's growth.

Nicola Porter-Smith achieved a 2:1 in Psychology from The University of Manchester. Nicola also has a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Solihull College. Nicola achieved A levels in Psychology, Drama, English Literature from Solihull School. Nicola achieved GCSE's in English Language and Literature, Dual award Science, Drama, IT, Georgraphy, French and Maths from Saint Martin's Girls School.

They work with Chris Akrimi - Chief Revenue Officer, Christi Wruck - VP, Product Management, and Amanda McCormick Bacal - SVP, Marketing. Nicola Porter-Smith reports to Kristin Savilia, CEO.
