Fabien Girerd has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Fabien is the CEO and Founder of Jooxter, a proptech start-up that provides workplace management solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Johnson Controls as the Workplace Technology Director and the Service Delivery Director. Fabien also held the role of Senior Manager IT GWS at Johnson Controls. Before that, they were the Head of the Application Support Group at Holcim. Fabien gained experience as the Director of Projects & Services Improvements at GlaxoSmithKline and Senior Manager European Business Process Finance and SAP Implementation Manager at Warner Lambert (Pfizer). Fabien started their career as a Consultant at Conduite et Management du Changement.
Fabien Girerd completed their education from 1988 to 1991 at the Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon. Fabien earned a degree in Life Science Engineering with a focus on Business & Administration.

They required heavy maintainance, were intrusive (often required wiring and on-prem servers), and were completely isolated reflecting an inability to interact with the connected environment of the building, the essential requirement of a Building Operating System (BOS).Moreover, today everyone talks about reducing building energy expenditure when it only represents 1% of business expenses! But what about office occupancy? Rental expenses are the biggest business expense after salaries. This is how the Jooxter solution was born and became a pioneer in Smart Occupancy. Today, Jooxter has become a reference in the Proptech domain and is growing exponentially. Fabien brought together an amazing team was built, combining experience and youth to make the most out of technology.
