But what about office occupancy? Rental expenses are the biggest business expense after salaries. This is how the Jooxter solution was born and became a pioneer in Smart Occupancy. Today, Jooxter has become a reference in the Proptech domain and is growing exponentially. Fabien brought together an amazing team was built, combining experience and youth to make the most out of technology.
