Barbara is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and day-to-day operations of all aspects of customer support and services related to delivery of Jopari’s expanding suite of advanced EDI technology products. Barbara’s primary focus is leading Jopari’s customer facing support and services teams to wide recognition as a World Class Customer Service Organization. Barbara joined Jopari’s senior executive team in December, 2014, having previously led the implementation of multiple components of The Hartford Insurance Company’s Workers’ Compensation Claims and Medical Cost Containment Programs. She has led Customer Care and Call Center Initiatives for several nationally prominent business organizations, including The Hartford Insurance Company, Deluxe Financial Services, Inc. and Xerox. Barbara has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in Group Health and Workers’ Compensation Claims Medical Program Management, in addition to Customer Care Call Center Management initiatives in both the Insurance and Banking Industries. The teams she has led have been nominated for the President’s Award and were recipients of the Claims Excellence award with The Hartford Insurance Company.
