Carlos Raymundo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and technical support within the e-billing and revenue cycle software industries. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Engineer at Jopari Solutions Inc. since December 2013, Carlos manages cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud, focusing on high availability and scalability for electronic payment services. Previously, at The Cirius Group from January 2008 to December 2013, Carlos functioned as a System EDI Analyst and Technical Support & Implementation Engineer, providing expertise in analyzing and implementing EDI solutions for major US hospitals. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from San Francisco State University and has pursued further education in FinTech coding through UC Berkeley Extension.
