Michael Boehm

Michael Boehm has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Michael currently serves as the Director of Sales and Project Management at JOPP since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Hengst SE where they served as a Product Manager OE and later as a Project Manager from November 2014 to March 2021.

Before that, Boehm worked at BRUSS in various roles starting from 2002. Michael was a Technical Director (CTO) at BRUSS Sealing Systems (Shanghai) from July 2010 to June 2013, where they were responsible for all technical departments and plant operations. Michael also worked as a Project Manager China, R&D Manager, and Key Account Manager at BRUSS from 2002 to 2010, handling responsibilities such as project acquisition, management, and price negotiations.

Boehm also gained experience working in other companies such as Schomäcker Fahrzeugbau GmbH and Klaus Hörcher KG as a Sales and Application Engineer. Michael also worked as a freelancer in 1997 as an Engineering and Sales Representative.

Early in their career, Boehm served as a Design Manager at Fahrzeugwerke Lübtheen GmbH and as a Design and Process Engineering Manager at Junge Fahrzeugbau GmbH, where they were responsible for design, process engineering, and technical sales support.

Overall, Michael Boehm has extensive experience in project management, sales, and technical roles in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and construction.

Michael Boehm graduated with a Diploma in Car Technology from the University of Hamburg, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Additionally, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2021.
