Susan Hartman

Susan Hartman currently serves as the Project Management Director for Sales and Marketing Operations at Oak View Group, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Susan accumulated extensive experience in the dining and hospitality sectors, including roles as Proposal & Marketing Manager and Director of Retail/Marketing at Parkhurst Dining from 2010 to January 2024. Additional positions held include Director of Board Operations in Michigan and California, Director of Dining Services at the Rock School for Dance, and Assistant Director of Dining Services at Thomas Jefferson University. Earlier experience includes managerial duties at J. Alexander's Restaurants and a brief stint as a Teaching Assistant at Penn State University. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University, completing studies in 2008.
