Richard Diem has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Richard started their career at Webasto Group in 1995 as a Projektmanager, where they worked until 1997. Richard then joined Northern Automotive Systems Ltd. as an Account-Manager from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they joined FTE automotive GmbH, where they held various roles, including Projektmanager from 1999 to 2003, Leiter Projektmanagement from 2004 to 2007, and Director Sales from 2007 to 2018. Currently, Richard Diem is serving as the Managing Director at JOPP.
Richard Diem attended the Technical University of Munich from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering). Richard achieved the title of Diplom-Ingenieur upon completing their studies.
