Laud Williams, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They most recently served as the Plant Operations Manager at Jordan Manufacturing starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wabash as a Production Supervisor, where they successfully led a new team of assemblers and designed safety work instructions.

From 2018 to 2021, Williams was a Production Lead at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), overseeing production expansion and implementing efficient processes. Before that, they held the position of Line Lead at Power Packaging, A MSI/Express Company, where they supervised quality and ensured maximum efficiency in blending food materials.

Earlier in their career, Williams worked as a Page/Clerk at Pikes Peak Library District, where they handled materials, conducted audits, and provided customer service. Additionally, they served as an Eagle Scout at Boy Scouts of America from 2010 to 2012.

In 2021-2022, Laud pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Purdue University. Prior to that, from 2020-2021, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from WSU Carson College of Business. Laud also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, which was obtained from 2018-2020. They began their college journey at Waubonsee Community College, where they completed an Associate of Science degree in Civil Engineering from 2016-2018. Laud's educational journey initially began with the completion of a High School Diploma from Roy J. Wasson High School in 2013.
