Jason Mott

Jason Mott is a seasoned accountant with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Jordan School District since December 2017, Jason previously held the same title at Salt Lake City School District from January 2014 to November 2017. Prior to that, Jason was an Audit Lead at the State of Utah's Office of Inspector General, where responsibilities included auditing Utah’s Medicaid program and enhancing internal controls. Jason's career also includes a substantial tenure at Hansen, Barnett & Maxwell, where roles ranged from Audit Manager to Accountant, focusing on audit engagements, staff supervision, financial statement preparation, and client relationship management. Jason holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
