Chris Thomson is a solicitor with extensive experience in legal practice, currently working in the Abuse Department at Jordans Solicitors since April 2024, where claims for sexual abuse, physical abuse, and neglect are pursued against various organizations. Previously, Chris served as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor and Associate at Ison Harrison Solicitors from February 2023 to April 2024, specializing in professional negligence, housing disrepair, and financial mis-selling. From May 2016 to February 2023, Chris held the position of Head of Professional Negligence and Head of the Horsforth Branch at Jordans Solicitors, focusing on claims against solicitors, unions, accountants, and financial advisors, as well as representing former coal miners in compensation claims. Chris earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Northumbria University, completing studies there from 2000 to 2004, and attended The Grammar School at Leeds from 1990 to 1999.
