Vikram Singh

Vikram Singh has extensive experience in the field of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with a focus on quality control and operations. Currently serving as a Quality Control Analyst at Jorie AI since September 2019, Vikram specializes in quality auditing, internal auditing, root cause analysis, and charge posting, alongside proficiency in E&M and surgery codes. Prior to this role, Vikram worked as a Senior Operations Process Associate at Jorie AI, managing a team responsible for charge entry, demographic management, and claims processing using software such as xifin and Epic. Vikram's earlier experience includes a similar position at Tech Mahindra from December 2015 to August 2019, where responsibilities involved demographics and order processing with CRM MY BSS. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Punjab University Chandigarh and a Diploma in Computer Application from the Regional Institute of Cooperative Management.
