Chengwei Luo

Chengwei Luo is the Founder, President, and CEO of Quantum Sky Inc, established in January 2022, which specializes in incubating innovative biotech companies using artificial intelligence. Simultaneously, Chengwei serves as Founder and Executive Chairman of Jorna Therapeutics, focusing on developing advanced RNA editing tools through synthetic biology and machine learning. Prior experience includes leadership roles as President and CEO of DeepBiome Therapeutics, Inc. (October 2017 - June 2022) and extensive research and postdoctoral positions at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Harvard Medical School. Educational achievements include a PhD in Bioinformatics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and postgraduate degrees from Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a Master's in Condensed Matter Physics from Peking University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
