Thomas Duedahl

Thomas Duedahl is an experienced professional in the field of real estate development and engineering. As a partner and director at Saralyst Ejendomsudvikling since February 2019, Thomas focuses on the development of smaller housing projects and seeks properties with strong locations and development potential. Additionally, Thomas serves on the boards of JBH Gruppen A/S and JORTON A/S, which are part of a broader group of companies involved in construction and prefabrication. Previously, Thomas held the position of project director at Colliers International | Denmark, working on the initiation of new real estate development projects. Thomas's extensive experience includes serving as CEO of Midtconsult from 1995 to 2017, where contributions to national engineering consulting were significant, particularly in building and construction advisory. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Aarhus University and Aalborg University.
