Catherine Hsu

Catherine Hsu has held various roles in the hospitality industry, with experience in operations, management, and food & beverage. Catherine currently serves as the Director of Operations at José Andrés Group, overseeing operations as the General Manager of China Poblano. Prior to that, Catherine worked at SLS Las Vegas and Elara, Hilton Grand Vacations in managerial positions. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Fullerton College.
