Previously, Victor held the same position at José Andrés Group from September 2016 to August 2020, in addition to roles as Executive Sous Chef at Caviar Russe and Bazaar Mar by José Andrés. Victor's career includes key positions at renowned establishments, such as Senior Sous Chef at EDITION, where contributions included menu development and staff training, and Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, overseeing banquet functions and maintaining sanitation standards.
