Katja Groneberg is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Manager at Witt-Gruppe, a member of the Otto Group, since October 2016. In this role, responsibilities include multichannel assortment planning, competitive analysis, strategy development, and content planning for email marketing. Prior to this, Katja worked as a Junior Project Manager, focusing on market expansion and assortment management in the USA. Additional experience includes roles as a Kinderbetreuerin at the Amt für Soziokultur Erlangen, Verkäuferin at New Look, and various assistant and internship positions. Katja holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
