Marvin Felix Mertens

Marvin Felix Mertens has a diverse work experience with roles in various companies. Marvin Felix started their career as an intern in management consulting at DAS BERATERHAUS GmbH & Co. KG in 2011. In 2013, they interned in key account management at Lindt & Sprungli. From 2016 onwards, they joined Otto Group, where they held positions as a consultant, senior consultant, and later as the Chief of Staff (Vorstandsreferent) from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they had a secondment at Karma before joining Witt-Gruppe in 2022. At Witt-Gruppe, they initially served as the Transformation Management Lead before becoming the Head of Transformation Management Office.
