Tolga Bitikcioglu boasts extensive experience in global sourcing and technical product development, currently serving as Division Manager at Witt-Gruppe since August 2009. Responsibilities include leveraging synergies within the Otto Group, participating in digital transformation processes, and managing an expanded sourcing scope that integrates technical product development. Prior roles at Witt-Gruppe encompassed various managerial positions in sourcing, including international purchasing and supplier management. Tolga has successfully led the implementation of a company-wide supplier management tool and restructured purchasing processes organization-wide. Earlier experience includes roles in purchasing and logistics at Naber Damenmoden, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration focused on management and administration.
