Erin Jamieson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Erin began their career in 2002 as a Manager at the Minor Emergency and Diagnostic Centre at Humility of Mary Health Partners, where they worked until 2004. Erin then worked at Humility of Mary Health Partners again in 2005 as the Manager of the St. Joseph Cancer Clinic until 2006. Erin joined Hamilton Health Sciences in 2006 as a Clinical Manager and stayed until 2012. Erin then moved to Joseph Brant Hospital & Foundation in 2012 and held various roles including Manager of Oncology, Palliative and Ambulatory Care from 2012 to 2017, Interim Manager of the Emergency Department and Nina's Place from 2017 to 2018, Manager of the Emergency Department and Nina's Place from 2018 to 2020, Interim Director of Medicine, Emergency, and Nina's Place from 2020 to 2021, and currently as the Director of Emergency and Critical Care Services.

Erin Jamieson has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree from Queen's University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Fredericton, starting in 2021.
