Mikyala Ouma

Mikyala Ouma has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership, currently serving as a Switchboard Operator and Team Lead at Joseph Brant Hospital & Foundation since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing incoming calls and training new employees. Previous roles include Digital Marketing Coordinator at BLK OWNED, Games Attendant at GameTime Social, Park Attendant at ROCKIN' JUMP, Junior Social Media Manager and Product Photographer at Christy's Gourmet Gifts, and Dietary Aide at Schlegel Villages.
