Terri Botting

Terri Botting is an experienced professional currently serving as a Kronos Applications Specialist at Joseph Brant Hospital & Foundation since December 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the daily maintenance of the ESP and WTK scheduling systems and implementing UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions). Previously, Terri worked at Hamilton Health Sciences from July 1996 to December 2021 in various roles, including Supervisor, where a focus was placed on long-term staffing strategies, and Clerical Lead for the Kronos Implementation Project, which involved deploying the Kronos Workforce Suite for approximately 12,000 employees. Additional experience includes serving as a Food Services Assistant at the Ministry of Community and Social Services in 2009.
