Mark Tracy

Mark Tracy, MAI, is the Vice President of Property Tax at Joseph C. Sansone Company. Prior to their current role, Mark served as the Managing Director at Integra Realty Resources - Healthcare & Senior Housing Specialty Practice Group from March 2018 to September 2021. Before that, Mark was the Managing Director - Senior Housing at Tellatin Inc. from March 2005 to March 2018. With a background in Real Estate from Missouri State University, Mark also has experience in the real estate sector from their time at Koch Industries. Throughout their career, Mark has specialized in property tax solutions, real estate valuation services, and consulting for healthcare and senior housing properties.
