Tomasz Baczynski

Tomasz Baczynski has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Tomasz started their career at Bovis Lend Lease as a Cost & Commercial Engineer from March 1996 to November 2001. Tomasz then joined Trant Engineering Ltd in January 2002 and held various roles including Site Manager and Site Engineer until July 2010. From July 2010 to April 2016, they worked as a Planning Engineer and Estimator at Trant Engineering Ltd. Tomasz then became a Senior Planning & Cost Engineer from May 2014 to May 2016. Tomasz then served as a Project Manager responsible for project controls, including planning and cost forecasting, from May 2016 to July 2018 at Trant Engineering Ltd. Tomasz subsequently worked as a Senior Planner at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure from July 2018 to August 2019. Currently, they are a Project Director at Joseph Gallagher Limited starting from September 2019.

Tomasz Baczynski began their education in 1988 at the Technical College of Koscierzyna, where they studied Civil Engineering and obtained a HNC equivalent degree. Tomasz then continued their studies at the Technical University of Poznan from 1993 to 1996, specializing in Civil Engineering and earning a BSc equivalent degree. In 1999, Tomasz enrolled at the Technical University of Cracow to pursue Architecture, although it is not specified if they completed a degree in this field.

In addition to their formal education, Tomasz also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2004, they acquired the Construction Skills - Managers - Health & Safety Test certification from the Construction Skills Certification Scheme. In 2007, they obtained the National Water Hygiene certification from EUSR Energy & Utility Skills Register. Continuing their professional development, Tomasz acquired the Construction Site Manager's Safety Certificate in 2008 from Construction Skills - Site Safety Plus. Lastly, in 2010, they successfully completed the Temporary Works Coordination course offered by Coordinated Training Services Limited.
