Derek Schleth

Derek Schleth has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, serving as Cost Accounting Manager at Joseph Gallo Farms since 1999, specializing in the dairy and farming sectors. Prior roles include General Ledger Manager at Hammonds Ranch Inc. from 1996 to 1999, where Derek prepared and closed financial statements for multiple subsidiary companies, and Business Manager at The Seven Hills School from 1993 to 1996, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and maintenance operations. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics from California State University, East Bay, as well as a certification from the Emerging Leaders Institute at Merced Community College District.
