David Mort

David Mort is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managerial roles within the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Cellar Service Manager at Joseph Holt Ltd since December 2017, David oversees the cellar service operations for the regional brewer. Prior to this, David was the owner of Ivy Cottage Cards, where significant growth was achieved in a wedding planning and stationery business from 2010 to 2016. David's earlier career at Anheuser-Busch InBev spanned over two decades, where responsibilities included leading national engineering functions, managing teams, and executing major integration projects. David holds a 2:1 (hons) degree in Mining (mech) Engineering from Staffordshire University, supplemented by education from The Open University and St Helens Technical College.
