Ed (Dale) Kline Jr has worked in a variety of roles in the manufacturing industry since 1983. Ed (Dale) began their career at Trans-Tech/SkyWorks as a Production Engineer, where they were responsible for building internal automation equipment and interfacing PLCs with computer systems. In 2001, they moved to BioTech Imaging as a Network Administrator, where they surveyed, designed, and installed LAN and Wireless LAN Systems. In 2003, they were promoted to Director of Operations at Safety Tech International/Immediate Response Technologies, where they managed manufacturing operations of a $16 million dollar company. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at STULZ USA, first as a Production Manager and then as Director of Production, where they increased overall work efficiencies from 70-75% to 85-105% and eliminated 3500 hours of overtime per month. In 2018, they began working at syncreon.US as a Senior Production Supervisor, utilizing their Lean Certification to oversee 60 employees in multiple work areas while maintaining a continuous flow according to takt time. That same year, they also began working at ELSNER Engineering Works, Inc. as an Assembly Supervisor. In 2021, they began working at Joseph Machine Company as a Project Manager.
Ed (Dale) Kline Jr has attended three educational institutions. Ed (Dale) obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University, attended AccuTech Career Institute, and Frederick Community College where they studied Technical Drafting/Mechanical Engineering. Ed (Dale) also has four certifications from LinkedIn, including Exam Tips: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)™ obtained in September 2022, OneNote Tips and Tricks obtained in December 2021, OneNote for Windows 10 Essential Training obtained in October 2021, and Learning Microsoft Power Apps obtained in April 2021.
