Peter Iwanicki

Peter Iwanicki currently serves as the Director of Culinary and Product Development at Artisan Chef Manufacturing Co. since February 2024. With extensive experience in the foodservice industry, Iwanicki has held various leadership roles at Joseph's Gourmet Pasta Company since January 2014, including Vice President of National Accounts and Director of National Accounts, focusing on collaboration and innovation with top national restaurant chains. Previous experience includes positions at Nestle as an Account Manager for National Accounts and at Joseph's Gourmet Pasta Company as an Account Manager in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut regions. Iwanicki also owned and operated Ronaldo's from January 1997 to January 2007. Iwanicki studied at The Culinary Institute of America, earning an AOS degree in Culinary from 1989.
