Aithne Synnott has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Aithne began their career at Lorien as a Corporate Accounts Resourcer from October 2012 to August 2013. Aithne then joined Marie Curie Cancer Care, where they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator from November 2013 to July 2014 and as a Recruitment Advisor from July 2014 to August 2015.

In 2016, Aithne had several placements, including Bravissimo as a Bra Fitter from February 2016 to March 2017 and Debenhams as a Buying Placement for November 2016. Aithne then joined House of Fraser as a Buying Assistant from March 2017 to August 2018.

Aithne Synnott completed their undergraduate education at the University of Exeter from 2009 to 2012 where they studied Psychology. Following that, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master's Degree at the Manchester School of Art, specializing in Fashion Design with a focus on Womenswear. Prior to their university studies, they attended Castle Sixth Form from 2007 to 2009. Aithne's initial secondary education took place at Kenilworth School and Sports College from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as an Adobe Certified Professional in Print & Digital Media Publication Using Adobe InDesign in April 2022 from Adobe.
