Adham Mottalib

Adham Mottalib is an experienced endocrinologist currently serving at Joslin Diabetes Center since July 2021 and as an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School since July 2023. Prior clinical experience includes serving as a Clinical Fellow at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. Adham Mottalib's background also includes work as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Medical School, where engagement in the Fundamentals of Clinical and Translational Research course took place. Research contributions were made as a Research Fellow at Joslin Diabetes Center, focusing on nutritional and lifestyle interventions for diabetes patients. Adham Mottalib has taught anatomy and physiology as an Adjunct Faculty member at Emmanuel College and served as a Curator at HealthMap, expanding health information resources in the MENA region. Earlier academic endeavors included a Visiting Scholar role at Boston Medical Center, resulting in several publications and presentations. Adham Mottalib earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Cairo University.
