Judy Berg

Judy Berg has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Judy started their career in 1985 as an Office Manager/Medical Assistant/Secretary. In 1992, they joined Mt. Auburn Professional Services and held various roles including Medical Assistant/Secretary, Office Supervisor, Group Practice Manager, and Client Services Manager. During their time at Mt. Auburn Professional Services, they managed staff, implemented training programs, and oversaw the operations of multiple practices. In 2002, Judy became a Consultant/Project Manager at MD Solutions, Inc., where they successfully implemented MD PayPost and provided client support. Judy also worked as a Consultant/Senior Project Manager at Solutions, Inc., where they specialized in electronic payment posting. In 2006, Judy started their own consulting practice. Judy then worked at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Registration Manager, followed by a role at General Physician Org as a Registration and Self-Pay Collections Manager. Currently, Judy serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle at Joslin Diabetes Center, where they are responsible for managing a team and improving payments. Throughout their career, Judy has demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to optimizing revenue cycle processes.
