Michael Crichlow —

Michael Crichlow, MBA, serves as the Plant Manager at JOST International since March 2018, overseeing 300 employees in a Tier 1 manufacturing and logistics facility for the OEM Heavy Truck industry. Michael has successfully designed and implemented a Management Operating System that resulted in significant improvements in safety, quality, and cost efficiency. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Honeywell from 2006 to 2016, including Functional Implementation Leader, where responsibilities encompassed global logistics strategy, network optimization, and cost savings. Michael's extensive experience in logistics includes senior roles at Sun Microsystems, Kraft Foods, and StorageTek, contributing to logistics management, inventory control, and performance reporting. Michael holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, along with several other academic qualifications in project management and logistics.
