Jason Masternak

Jason Masternak has extensive experience in the manufacturing and human resources sectors, currently serving as the Regional Director of Human Resources at JOST International since April 2017. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions at Pridgeon & Clay, including Production Manager and Buyer/Production Planner. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Assembly Manager at Trans-Matic Mfg. Co. and Production Foreman at Continental Carbonic. Jason's career began with a focus on production supervision at Pridgeon & Clay - Metal Stamping. Jason holds a bachelor's degree in industrial technology management with a concentration in production and manufacturing from Central Michigan University, earned in 2008.
