Justin Strey

Justin Strey is an experienced financial leader currently serving as Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis at Jostens since November 2023. In this role, Justin directs a newly established corporate FP&A team, providing vital financial and strategic support to the executive management and company ownership, including long-range projections and exit preparation. Previously, Justin held a similar position at Tactile Medical, where leadership focused on transforming the FP&A function into a collaborative business partner. Justin's extensive career also includes significant contributions to Life Time Inc., where multiple leadership roles spanned financial planning and analysis, including managing a team of 25 professionals and supporting a $900M equity offering. Justin began the professional journey with accounting roles at Golf Galaxy and CB Richard Ellis and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
