Steve Herzog

Steve Herzog is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and product development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Quality, Supply Chain & Logistics at Jostens since July 2017. In this role, Steve oversees daily operations for a 90-employee facility, managing areas such as customer service, order entry, supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance, and product development. Prior to this, Steve held various leadership positions at Neff Motivation, Inc. from May 1993 to June 2017, including Director of Product Development, Director of Operations, Materials Manager, and Project Leader, where responsibilities encompassed product enhancement, P&L accountability, logistics, and systems implementation. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Wright State University.
