Abdullah Mustafa

Abdullah Mustafa is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Joswe Medical since January 2024, where responsibilities include leading analytical research and process development teams, as well as managing a new R&D unit in Amman. Previously, Abdullah held the position of R&D Manager at PiONEER Co. for Pharmaceutical Industries, overseeing research teams and establishing a similar R&D unit. Prior experience includes roles at MS PHARMA, where responsibilities ranged from leading formulation and process development for oral and injectable products in EU, US, and MENA markets to technology transfer initiatives. Earlier roles include Research Pharmacist at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, contributing to the development of dosage forms for regional markets, and a researcher at the University of Jordan, focusing on pharmaceutical technologies. Abdullah holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, both from the University of Jordan.
