Manuel Pérez has had a varied career in the IT and sustainability sectors. In 2006, they began their career as a Senior Analist at Accenture. Two years later, they became a Consultant at Ecohydros S.A. In 2010, Manuel moved to Factor CO2 as a Climate Change Consultant, where they specialized in Carbon Footprint and became a trainer at BSI and TÜV Rheinland. In 2012, they joined EY as a Senior Consultant, responsible for developing Sustainability Strategies and Lifecycle Assessments. Manuel then moved to Adder Global in 2014 as a Business Development Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they took on the role of Head of Marketing at JOTELULU, an online cloud platform. In this role, they were responsible for Sales and Marketing Strategies and achieved a monthly sustained growth of 20%.
Manuel Pérez has obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Botany/Plant Biology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2004. Manuel then went on to pursue a Master in Conservation Biology from Macquarie University in 2005-2006. In 2009-2010, they obtained a Master's degree in Renewable Energies & Energy Market from Escuela de Organización Industrial. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from ThePower Business School in 2019-2020. In addition, Manuel has obtained two Certifications, Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in June 2021 and Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy in August 2021.
