Elif Çelik

Elif Çelik is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social media management and user experience research. At STANDBY CREATIVE GROUP, Elif held the position of Social Media Manager from August 2021 to February 2022. Transitioning to Userspots from September 2022 to September 2024, Elif focused on understanding user needs as a UX Researcher within various industries, including insurance, telecommunication, e-commerce, finance, fintech, and technology. Elif's educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Hacettepe Üniversitesi, followed by studies at Anadolu Üniversitesi in Social Media Management and a Master's degree in Industrial Design at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi. Elif also gained international experience through studies at Université de Liège. Currently serving as a User Researcher and Social Media Specialist at Jotform as of October 2025, Elif continues to develop expertise in user-centred design.
