Divia Hobson

As Director of Strategy and Federal Engagement at Joule Assets, Divia is responsible for tracking regulatory development in NY State and beyond. She supports Joule's regulatory positioning and policy initiatives in the US and Europe.

Divia holds a master’s degree in the Global Energy Transition and Governance from the CIFE and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining Joule, Divia was a consultant in renewable energy and battery systems in Toronto, Canada.
