Anissa Joyner

Anissa Joyner, PHR has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Anissa is currently the Director of Clinical Operations at Joulé, a company specializing in delivering integrated services and workforce solutions for the clinical development lifecycle. Prior to their current role, Anissa served as the Recruitment Operations Manager at Joulé. Anissa also has experience as a Senior Recruiter at Joulé (formerly Syneos Health Clinical Staffing) and as an Operations Manager/Collections Manager at inVentiv Health Clinical. Anissa began their career at Lehman Brothers in the Corporate Legal Department.

Anissa Joyner, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from John Jay College (CUNY), where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In May 2021, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
