Jeff Manternach

Jeff Manternach is co-founder and CFO of Red Rock Biofuels, and CFO of Joule. RRB and Joule are building their first biorefinery in Lakeview, Oregon to convert waste woody biomass into renewable, drop-in jet and diesel fuels. Prior to RRB, Jeff co-founded IR1 Group, and headed finance for Pacific Ethanol, Inc. Jeff has led capital raises of $400+ million, including a $325 million project finance deal that won Project Finance Magazine's 2007 Ethanol Deal of the Year Award. Jeff received his MBA with distinction and an MS in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan and his BA from Haverford College.
