Kailas Kandath

Kailas Kandath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and technical field support within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Joulon since June 2019, Kailas oversees the technical service operations for key customer accounts and has previously held roles such as Operations Manager and Asset Manager focused on jack-up rig support and maintenance cost optimization projects. Prior experience includes positions at Ensco plc as a Senior Engineer in Asset Management and Engineer I in Capital Projects, as well as a Project Engineer at Rowan Companies and Structural Designer at Lamprell. Kailas holds an Executive MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from JRN University, complemented by a Diploma in Engineering from Thyagarajar Polytechnic College.
