Jeff Adkins

Jeff Adkins is a seasoned photographer specializing in travel, lifestyle, and economic development photography, currently serving as a Senior Photographer at Journal Communications since 2007. With prior experience as a Staff Photographer at the Knoxville News Sentinel and The Advocate, Jeff has a strong background in shooting various assignments, including news, features, sports, and fashion. At the Knoxville News Sentinel, Jeff contributed to multimedia projects that received several prestigious awards. Earlier career experiences include internships and temporary roles at The Columbus Dispatch, where Jeff developed skills in shooting diverse photographic content. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder.
