Emmanuel Bernier

Emmanuel Bernier is a highly experienced music journalist and educator, currently serving as a musical journalist for La Presse and Journal Le Soleil since March 2020 and February 2020, respectively. With an extensive background in music criticism, Emmanuel worked with Bachtrack and contributed concert reviews for Journal Le Soleil. Previous roles include vocal training instructor at Grand Séminaire de Québec and music writer for Orchestre symphonique de Québec. Emmanuel holds a PhD in contemporary Quebec history from Université Laval, along with other degrees in history and music, including advanced studies in organ and voice from prestigious conservatories.
