Nikita Bernstein has been working in the industry since 2001. Nikita began their career at SiMX Corporation as a Software Developer and Director of Marketing. In 2006, they co-founded JoVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments) and served as Board Member and CTO. In 2011, they founded FairSetup, a performance management system focused on impact and team dynamics. Finally, in 2013, they founded JOMI Surgical Video Journal and served as CEO.
Nikita Bernstein attended Rutgers University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in a double major of Math and Computer Science.
