Emily Gratson

Emily Gratson currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Journey Advisors & CPAs, a role assumed in October 2023. Previously, Emily held the position of Director of People Acquisition & Success at CURE International from January 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing recruitment cycles for surgical and leadership positions and implementing training initiatives. Prior to that, Emily spent over a decade at Cornerstone University, advancing through roles including Associate Dean of Accreditation and Student Success, Associate Dean of Assessment and Student Success, Director of International Programs, and Instructor of Spanish. Additional experience includes roles at Corewell Health, Western Michigan University, Hello West Michigan, Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, and Trinity Health. Emily's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Mixed-Methods Research and a Master’s degree in Spanish Linguistics and Literature from Western Michigan University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Spanish from Calvin University.
