Kristen Bawden

Kristen Bawden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital experience roles. Currently serving as the GM of Digital Experience at Journey Beyond since November 2024, Kristen previously held the position of Head of Product at PixelForce, overseeing a team of seven and managing multiple products in a creative agency environment. Kristen's background includes leading significant projects at Sympli, where responsibilities involved driving industry transformation and overseeing the development of numerous APIs. Prior roles include Product Manager at InfoTrack Pty Ltd and various leadership positions, such as Team Leader at First Mortgage Services and SAI Global Property. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University and a Mediation Accreditation in Dispute Resolution, complemented by a foundational education at Hornsby Girls High School.
