James Paddon

James Paddon is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in risk management, investment, and executive leadership. Currently serving as Director of Hedge Fund Risk at Citi since September 2022, James is also a Founding Member of Journey CxO, a community focused on developing leadership skills among professionals. As an Investor and Deal Lead with Princeton Alumni Angels, James has been actively involved in supporting startups. Previous roles include Consultant and Subject-matter Expert at Baringa Partners, COO and CFO at 55ip, and CFO at Investec and Surge Trading. James co-founded JGI and has held various senior financial roles across well-known financial institutions. Educational credentials include a BA from Princeton University and an MBA with distinction from NYU Stern School of Business.
