Brittany Weber

Brittany Weber possesses extensive experience in mental health and case management, currently serving as a Case Manager at Journey Mental Health Center since May 2018. Previously, Brittany worked as an intern at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital, where responsibilities included facilitating group therapy and conducting biopsychosocial assessments. At Evangelical Child and Family Agency, Brittany managed cases for families, ensuring safety and progress through comprehensive assessments and service plans. Brittany began volunteer work at P.A.T.H. as a Crisis Line Volunteer, providing critical support and resources for individuals in crisis. Educationally, Brittany holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois State University.
